Orders are usually processed within 24h, but Shipping may take up to 5 to 7 business days to process depending on order volume and product availability. 


*A signature will be required upon receipt of all orders of $300 (before taxes) or more.


Once your order transaction is complete, you will receive a email confirming your order.

While the content of your cart is currently displayed in CAD, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


Return Policy:

Returns 

You may return your unused product with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of Purchase from the website must be included. Any items returned after 30 days will not be processed.


We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement at creativeapparatus.com for online purchases only.

Keep tracking on your return as we are not liable for returned merchandise that is lost in transit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. Also, be aware that your credit card company may require an additional 5-7 days to post the credit to your account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company for it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.


2. Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that we make an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct the mistake by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


3. Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit and does not reach you within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund.


4. Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the delivery is unclaimed, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.


5. Change of Mind or Buyer's Remorse: Please note that we do not typically accept returns or provide refunds for orders due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we are open to reviewing such cases on an individual basis.
